Earnings Credit – This account features an earnings credit which is applied to reduce or eliminate fees on the account. If the earnings credit exceeds the fees for any period, you will be assessed no fees but you will not be paid, carry forward, or otherwise receive credit for any excess earnings credit. The fees to which the earnings credit is applied are the above Account Analysis Fees.

The earnings credit will be calculated by applying the periodic earnings credit rate to the average daily collected balance in the account for the period. The periodic earnings credit rate is equal to the month's average 90 day Treasury Bill rate, as quoted in the Wall Street Journal, divided by 12. The periodic earnings credit rate may change monthly. The average daily balance is calculated by adding the principal in the account for each day of the period and dividing the number of days in the period. The period we use is the monthly statement cycle.

You do not need to maintain any minimum average daily balance during the monthly statement cycle in order to receive the credit.

Earnings credit begins to accrue no later than the business day we receive credit for the deposit of non cash items (for example, checks).

FUNDS AVAILABILITY POLICY

Our general policy is to allow you to withdraw funds deposited in your account on the first business day after the day we receive your deposit. Funds from electronic direct deposits will be available on the day we receive the deposit. In some cases, we may delay your ability to withdraw funds beyond the first business day. Then, the funds will generally be available by the fifth business day after the day of deposit.
