TELEPHONE BANKING
With Touch-Tone Banking
you can bank with us 24 hours a day, giving you immediate access to the
information you need most often. With Touch-Tone Banking, you can quickly
and easily:
- Make Account balance
inquiries.
- Determine the last
six transactions on your account.
- Verify interest
paid and earned information during tax time.
- Make transfers
and loan payments.
HOW TO USE TOUCH-TONE
BANKING
Before using State
Bank of Auroras Touch-Tone Banking, make sure you have your account
number(s) handy. Also have your Personal Identification Number (PIN) available.
1. Call 229-3993
from any touch-tone phone (877-268-5477) if calling from outside the
area.
2. Wait for the
greeting, then follow the simple instructions given to you over the
phone. You will be offered a series of menu selections from which to
choose. To access these selections from the opening menu given, simply
press the corresponding number(s) on your telephone.

DIRECT DEPOSITS
Arrangements can be
made for certain direct deposits to be accepted into your checking or
savings account(s). There is no charge for direct deposits to any type
of account. Contact our customer service department to take advantage
of this service.

SAFE DEPOSIT BOXES
A safe deposit box
is a secure location for important legal documents such as wills, mortgages,
certificates, titles, etc. It can also be used for other personal items
such as jewelry, keepsakes, rare coins, or any items you wish to safeguard.
State Bank of Aurora offers a variety of sizes to fit your personal needs.
Boxes are rented for a one year duration and the cost is based on the size of the box you choose. Banclub and Prestige checking account holders receive
a discount on their safe deposit box rentals. Please contact our customer
service representatives to learn more about renting a safe deposit box.

OVERDRAFT PROTECTION
Our overdraft protection
is termed Ready Reserve Account. Ready Reserve means that weve approved,
in advance, a personal, unsecured loan to balance your account if you
should overdraw. Its designed to end checking account overdraft
complications, charges, and embarrassing delays.
Use your good credit to qualify for our plan, and your checking account
will become a personal loan account. You may write your own loan any time
you need extra money for pleasure or an emergency. Its the freedom
of having a reserve fund at your command. To apply, complete the application
and talk with one of our Loan Officers.

ACCOUNT RESEARCH
In the event you have
inquiries regarding your account (s), our staff is readily available to
assist you. A few examples are checking balances, ACH deposits, ATM transactions,
if a specific check has cleared your account, etc. For a fee we will assist
you in balancing your account statement. Snap statements are available if
you would like a printed copy of the activity on an account.

BANK BY MAIL
Customers may send
their deposits or payments to the State Bank of Aurora if desired. We
recommend that you never send cash through the mail. We have pre-printed
envelopes available upon request, or simply address your own envelope
to: State Bank of Aurora, P.O. Box 258, Aurora, MN 55705-0258.

CASHIERS CHECKS
A Cashiers Check is
a guaranteed bank draft. The fee for issuing a Cashiers Check is $5.00.
Members of Banclub Checking are not charged any issuing fee when purchasing
a Cashiers Check.

AUTOMATIC FUNDS
TRANSFER
You may
make arrangements to pay certain recurring bills from your checking or
savings account(s). We do not charge for preauthorized payments from any
type of account. Contact our customer service department to take advantage
of this service.

FAX SERVICE
This is a service we
provide to any business or individual in the community. For outgoing faxes, there is a charge
of $5.00 for the first page, and a $1.00 charge for each additional page. For incoming faxes, there is a charge of $.25 per page.

This is a service we
perform for our customers at no charge or for non-customers for a $5.00
fee.

STOP PAYMENTS
To be effective, a
Stop Payment request must be lodged in the bank before the check is presented
for payment or credit. The signature of the depositor must be obtained
within 14 days of requesting a Stop Payment or the request will be canceled.
To be effective, your Stop Payment order must precisely identify the number,
date and amount of the item, and the payee. A $20.00 fee is charged for
this service.

TRAVELERS CHECKS
We offer Visa
Travelers checks. Visa Travelers checks are available
in 20, 50, 100, 500, and 1,000.00 denominations. They are issued at no
cost to Banclub customers and at a fee of $1.00 for each hundred dollars
purchased in all other instances.

WIRE TRANSFER SERVICE
We are available to
receive or originate wire transfers for our customers that have either
a deposit or loan account with our bank. Non-customers are eligible to
use this service with proper identification and approval. We would request
that non-customers use cashiers checks or cash when originating a wire
transfer.

NIGHT DEPOSITORY
Our 24-hour depository
is located at the front of the building. Envelopes are provided for your
convenience and security. Simply put your transaction into an envelope,
fill in the information, and place in the letter drop. Individuals or
businesses with deposits that physically will not fit into the letter
drop slot may obtain a key to use the larger night depository chute. Transactions
placed in the night depository are processed at the beginning of the next
business day.

MONEY ORDERS
A Personal Money Order
is a bank draft that may be purchased in any amount up to $500.00. The
customer fills in the document except for the date and the amount. The
issuing fee for a Personal Money Order is $2.00. Banclub Checking Account
members are not charged an issuing fee for Money Orders.
